Biography
Morris Rubin was a skilled upholsterer and charter member of the Furniture Workers Union. He lived for seven years under a deportation order tied to alleged political associations. Immigration agents visited him on November 5, 1958, and Rubin died the following day. The reviewed record does not show that he was detained or confined.
