Biography

Mohammad Sharifullah was apprehended in Pakistan in early March 2025 and transferred to United States custody to face prosecution for supporting ISIS-K. A federal jury convicted him in April 2026 of providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, and on September 16, 2026 he was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison.
