Biography
Mohamad Mustapha Ali Masfaka, a U.S. permanent resident from Syria, lied to federal authorities about his affiliation with an American-based Muslim charity that was shut down by the U.S. government for funneling money. Masfaka is a singer whose stage name is Abu Rateb.
