Biography
Larry Wallace was named as a jailed Baltimore Panther defendant in 1970.
An eyewitness account by Charles Rock Dutton, writing from the Baltimore City Jail Inmate Liberation Front, identifies Wallace among prisoners attacked during the February 17 and February 24, 1971 confrontations. Dutton described Wallace, Phillip Costes, Shalaco Jackson, James Statton and himself being confined together in a small isolation cell for six days. This documents a component of already ongoing custody, not an initial admission, release or completed total. The accompanying photographs do not provide individual positional identifications and are not assigned to Wallace.
