Earlier 1984–1985 custody chronology
This earlier issue prints Joann Meyers-Allen in the same Offutt probation case. It distinguishes a December 28, 1984 chapel protest without arrest, a later line-crossing citation/release, and a further re-entry that same day after which she was held overnight for arraignment. Magistrate Peck imposed six months the next morning, December 29. Thus December 28 dates the subsequent actual detention, not uninterrupted custody from the earlier released action. Ongoing Douglas County confinement precedes the already documented Alderson transfer; no discharge or six months actually served is inferred.
