Biography
Jeffrey Battle was named among the Portland defendants in John S. Pistole’s April 14, 2004 FBI statement. The group was indicted October 3, 2002. Battle was arrested in Portland on October 4, 2002. The FBI reported guilty pleas and sentences ranging from three to eighteen years across the group, without identifying each person’s exact sentence or actual discharge. Allegations of efforts to aid Al Qaeda and the Taliban are attributed to the FBI. No completed served total or present custody status is inferred.
