Boden, a 26-year-old Tallmadge resident and juice-bar manager, joined his first protest after Jayland Walker’s killing. The complaint alleges police arrested him while he tried to leave, then held him in a booking cell and denied needed insulin for at least twenty hours. All charges were dismissed February 1, 2023.
