Biography
Tycen J. Proper was arrested in June 2026 after his parents alerted law enforcement to weapons purchases and online activity tied to an alleged anti-government attack planned for the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House. A federal grand jury later charged him and seven others with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists and conspiracy to commit murder. He remained in federal custody while the case was pending.
The Falkner affidavit distinguishes the June 10, 2026 hospital transport and emergency-admission application from criminal booking, and describes later hospital interviews. This corroborates the existing distinction between medical admission and later federal custody; it supplies no new exact criminal-admission or discharge day. The allegations concern a planned June 2026 White House UFC attack and remain allegations in this source. Medical admission versus federal custody
The sworn Eskridge affidavit, No. 26-MJ-00096-LMC (W.D. Missouri), distinguishes Proper’s medical admission from later criminal custody. PDF p. 5 says deputies transported Proper to a hospital and applied for emergency admission, not that he entered jail then. PDF p. 11, paragraph 33, dates an FBI interview at Dublin Springs Mental Health Center to June 12, 2026; footnote 7 says that since that interview he had been released from the center and taken into federal custody. The affidavit was sworn June 15, 2026 at 5:33 a.m. (PDF p. 26). Federal admission is therefore bounded between June 12 and June 15, not fixed to either day. The June 10 hospital encounter and a June 13 search do not supply a criminal arrest or jail-admission day. The stored June-month date is retained with these bounds; no exact custody duration, release day or sentence is inferred.

Structured record verification
The structured admission-date precision retains the June 2026 month and records the June 12 to June 15 bounds established by the affidavit above. Neither boundary is treated as a confirmed admission day.
