Biography
Veteran German peace activist from Hamburg (imprisoned five times for a total of 17 months during the 1985–1998 Pershing II missile protest era, later legally rehabilitated). On April 30, 2019 entered Büchel Air Base with 16 others, breaching a double NATO fence in protest of U.S. nuclear weapons. Refused to pay the resulting fine and served a 30-day sentence at JVA Billwerder in Hamburg starting August 17, 2022.
