Herbert Mansolf was a Montana worker prosecuted for state sedition in Missoula County during World War I. His original intake form records sentencing to two to four years and receipt at Deer Lodge on May 25, 1918. That is penitentiary admission, distinct from the earlier arrest; the previously stated May 26 arrest is inconsistent with the intake chronology.
