Member of Seattle’s Left Bank political collective. Dragon’s editorial note reports all three taken to the police station and questioned by ATF agents after the June 20, 1976 apartment raid. They challenged the search, seizure and resulting subpoenas at August hearings. This establishes brief police custody, not contempt imprisonment or conviction.
