Biography

Heather Morrow was arrested on the morning of November 16, 2025 while protesting immigration enforcement outside the ICE/ERO office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prosecutors initially alleged that she assaulted a federal officer, but a bystander video contradicted that account and the felony charge was dropped. After a full day and night in custody, she was released on bond on November 17. A federal jury later convicted Morrow of misdemeanor obstruction, failure-to-comply, and simple-assault counts in September 2026; sentencing remained pending.
