Biography
Harry Dombisch was a New York fur worker arrested during the March 1930 conflict around the B. Axel & Co. strike at 333 Seventh Avenue. The March 15 Daily Worker alleges that armed men associated with the AFL Furriers Joint Council attacked the picket line while police assisted or failed to intervene. It individually names Harry Dombisch among the workers arrested after describing the attack. The article inconsistently uses this morning and yesterday for the assault chronology, so no exact arrest day is selected. The report gives no individual charge, final disposition, physical release or complete duration.
