Biography

Tenant Gus Sikorsky, of 723 East Sixth Street, was arrested at his landlord’s instance after unemployed workers restored his furniture following eviction. The ILD defended him when his case came to court on April 2, 1931; unemployed workers attended, and the case was dismissed after the council helped him move. The paper does not establish exact arrest day, physical discharge day or time served.
