Case

Trinidad Correctional Facility
Charges: Arson Weapons Offenses
Sentenced: Jul 25, 2007
Incarcerated: Jul 22, 2007
Sentence: Twelve years in Colorado Department of Corrections custody. Denver District Attorney July 25, 2007 announcement explicitly confirms same-day plea and immediate 12-year Colorado Department of Corrections sentence. Corrects July 22 sentencing and federal-prison label; does not use sentencing as prison admission. March 22 arrest remains a lead from secondary research; exact original booking not verified. Existing July 22 incarceration is unsupported by the sentencing announcement and remains flagged pending admission-record review. Actual release unresolved.
