Biography
Graham Dolan was the publicity director of the International Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers. He pleaded no contest in October 1959 to the federal conspiracy charge over the union’s Taft-Hartley non-Communist affidavits. On February 24, 1964, Judge Alfred Arraj placed him on probation for three years; no prison term was imposed.
