Biography

George Alexander was a Greek-born worker convicted and also faced with deportation in the McKeesport, Pennsylvania anti-war "riot" case of 1937. In 1937 McKeesport, Pennsylvania prosecuted a group of workers for "riot" after an anti-war demonstration, a free-speech case the ILD took up.
