Named Industrialisti-related defendant in the Duluth criminal-syndicalism prosecution. The June 1920 report individually records arrest January 20, 1920. The report says two indictments remained pending and he was free on $1,000 bail. Actual arrest is distinguished from later trial status; exact release day and complete custody duration unknown.
