Biography
Fannie Goldberg was a Chicago garment-strike picket associated with the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union. The authorities imprisoned this union activist in 1926 for defying the anti-picketing injunction during the 1924 strike.
The June 22 report places her completed Saturday release after ten-day service at Cook County Jail and describes flowers from workers in the Albert Cutler shop. Saturday is consistent with the existing June 19, 1926 discharge; no second case is created.
