Biography

Eric Jerome Reinthaler was a former officer of United Electrical Workers Local 735 in Cleveland. Federal prosecutors charged him with joining a conspiracy to obtain National Labor Relations Board services through non-Communist affidavits signed by Fred and Marie Reed Haug. A jury convicted Reinthaler on January 29, 1958. After his appeals ended, he served an 18-month sentence in the federal prison at Milan, Michigan.
