A Utuado nationalist captured after the surrender at Damián Torres’s house during the 1950 uprising and a survivor of the shooting of the captives. Heriberto Marín’s memoir, quoted by the thesis, explicitly places him in Arecibo jail with wounds that had not received adequate treatment. Exact endpoints and final sentence are not supplied.
