Biography
Edilberto Chaparro was individually named among five antiwar soldiers in the Fort Jackson stockade in the April18,1969 Militant. The adjacent account says the nine GIs were arrested March20 after an on-base antiwar discussion meeting and held in stockade or barracks confinement.
