Biography
Ed Frey was an attorney and organizer of Santa Cruz's PeaceCamp2010 protest against restrictions on sleeping outdoors. He was convicted of unlawful lodging and sentenced June 10, 2011 to six months, with immediate remand. He returned home June 24 on bail pending appeal. Later 2012 house arrest is separate from this jail interval.
