Dyshika McFadden, Miguel Ramos, and Tindal are accused of using an aerosol can and open flame to set fire to a Rochester PD vehicle during May 30, 2020 demonstrations in Rochester, NY in response to the death of George Floyd. The car was destroyed; the burning was broadcast on Facebook Live in real-time. Sentenced to 30 months federal prison plus 3 years supervised release and $4,287 restitution.
