Donna Joan Borup, also known as Rebecca Ann Morgan and Donna Austopchuk, was associated with the May 19th Communist Organization. Police arrested her after the September 26, 1981 anti-apartheid demonstration against the South African Springboks rugby tour at John F. Kennedy International Airport and accused her of assaulting a Port Authority officer. A contemporary September 29, 1981 congressional report names her among those held without bail; the FBI confirms a later bail release before trial.
