Biography

Donald Baty appears in the Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors’ 1968 lists of imprisoned draft and conscientious resisters, held at Allenwood, Pennsylvania.

The CCCO November–December 1968 court report records Donald Baty’s September 27, 1968 sentencing before Judge Jacob Mishler for refusal of induction, with a four-year imposed term. The same issue lists him among current prisoners at Allenwood. The term is not a measure of actual time served, and the roster does not establish a new admission or release date.
