Biography
Devin P. Montgomery was arrested on September 4, 2025 during ongoing anti-ICE protest activity outside the ICE office in South Portland, Oregon. Federal prosecutors alleged that he continued flying a drone in a temporary restricted area after officers told him to stop and that he spit in an officer’s face during the arrest. He remained in federal custody until September 8, when a magistrate judge released him on conditions.
