Biography
Nadya Malinowska was arrested during the June 29, 2025 protest outside the ICE office in South Portland after federal officers ordered demonstrators to disperse. Prosecutors charged her with failing to obey a lawful order, including allegations arising from demonstrations on June 17 and June 21. She was released on conditions after her June 30 initial appearance.
