Biography

Page 3's December 18 Denver dispatch individually names Anderson with Henry Brown, William Golden, James Jobes, Gene Corish and Elihu Preston as six FERA pickets convicted after the October 30 police attack. They received terms ranging from two to six months and $200 fines. The report does not allocate individual terms within that range. Nine others were acquitted but are not named. The ILD planned an appeal; that is not an already successful appeal or completed service. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/dailyworker/1934/v11-n302-Nat-dec-19-DW-LOC.pdf
