Biography

Charles Miller was arrested with Anna Burlak and Arthur Brown at an International Labor Defense meeting in Benson Hall, Camden, New Jersey on July 4, 1930. The meeting protested police attacks on RCA-Victor jobseekers and the AtlantaSix prosecution. The July 4dispatch printed July 5 explicitly reports all three released on $1,000 bail each provided through the ILD, with trial due the following day. It does not provide an individual statutory charge or complete time held. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/dailyworker/1930/v07-n161-NY-jul-05-1930-DW-LOC.pdf#page=1
