Biography

Charles Dolan faced prosecution for passing out leaflets during the Remington-Rand strike at Tonawanda. The June 23 report says the trials were to come on Wednesday and Thursday and that the prosecutor said the men could receive a year in jail. This was potential punishment, not an imposed term or proof of a completed trial. It does not establish that the separately listed released picket Smith is Albert Smith.
