Biography

The January 28, 1927 Paterson dispatch names Charles Current as the non-striker sentenced with five Passaic textile strikers in the bomb prosecution. Judge Delaney imposed one year, and the report describes the handcuffed defendants being led away. All six belonged to the eleven-person cohort arrested in September 1926. Union defense accounts alleged the case was intended to obstruct the strike. Exact arrest day, prison admission and final discharge remain unknown.
