Biography

Celia Balogh was one of three workers jailed on disorderly-conduct charges during a protest outside Governor Lehman’s Hotel Pennsylvania election meeting. Balogh was a Communist Assembly candidate in Queens. The article supplies no exact arrest day or complete measured custody length.
