BruceMiller was a MinersRighttoStrikeCommittee leader. The December2,1977 newspaper says he was fired and jailed for three months over the March1976 black-lung wildcat, was still jailed in May1976 and later regained his job subject to a no-strike stipulation before another firing during the1977 medical-insurance wildcat. The three months describe actual reported imprisonment; exact endpoints and the judicial sentence are unprinted.
