Brandon Wright, an Akron restaurant manager, was arrested while leaving dinner during the July 2022 protest curfew and taken to jail, although he was not participating in the demonstration.
The complaint describes actual booking and detention and says all charges were dismissed September 8, 2022. That dismissal date is not treated as his release date; no complete custody duration is given.
