Documented protest arrests
Glen Milner’s firsthand memorial identifies their joint arrests on February 22, 1985, during a nuclear-weapons train blockade, and December 27, 1987, at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. The train-blockade defendants were acquitted by a Kitsap County jury in June 1985. Milner recalls Wahl spending days in jail, but does not assign those days to either arrest; no precise incarceration or release endpoint is inferred.

Glen Milner’s firsthand memorial recalls Wahl’s testimony at the June 1985 nuclear-weapons train-blockade trial and the Kitsap County jury’s acquittal of all demonstrators the following day. It separately recalls the February 22, 1985 and December 27, 1987 arrests. The eulogy was delivered February 22, 2020; that memorial date is not his death date.
