Biography

Antonio Camacho Negrón was a member of Los Macheteros arrested in the August 30, 1985 mass FBI raid in Puerto Rico for his role in the September 12, 1983 Wells Fargo expropriation in West Hartford, Connecticut. He was convicted at trial in 1989 in U.S. District Court in Hartford. After serving his federal sentence he returned to Puerto Rico, where he later refused to comply with U.S. probation supervision and was returned to federal prison; he was finally released in 2014.
