Biography

Luis Colón Osorio was indicted in the 1985 Wells Fargo case but evaded the August 30, 1985 sweep and lived as a fugitive in Puerto Rico for several years before his capture/surrender in 1990. Pleaded guilty in the District of Connecticut to conspiracy charges and received a sentence in the single-digit years range; remaining obligations resolved by Clinton's August 11, 1999 commutation.
