Aaron Labe Linas, age 19, was convicted of conspiracy to damage and destroy property by means of fire and explosives in connection with ELF-claimed actions against suburban-development sites in Richmond, Virginia. Sentenced to 42 months federal prison plus 3 years supervised release and $204,021.86 in restitution.
