Biography

Victor Van Orden, also reported as Victor Vanorden, was arrested with Kellie Marshall Van Orden in October 2011 in the Sioux City, Iowa, mink-farm case. Radio Iowa documented his confinement in Woodbury County Jail. Contemporary sentencing reporting states that he received five years in prison in February 2012 for releasing an animal from an animal facility and attempted third-degree burglary. Earth First later included him on its post-release support roster. His exact prison-admission and release dates, and actual duration of imprisonment, remain unverified.

Sources and evidence limits

The imposed five-year sentence is not an actual time-served total. February 2012 sentencing is known only to the month; February 1 is a storage placeholder, not a claim of an exact sentencing day. No current prison address is copied from the obsolete support roster.
