Biography

Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, was convicted in Colorado of crimes arising from a breach of county election equipment carried out while she promoted claims of election fraud. On October 3, 2024 she was sentenced to nine years of incarceration; a later federal pardon did not reach her state convictions.

The preserved DOJ list includes a December 5, 2025 federal pardon covering specified election-related offenses during 2020–2021 and gives no district or sentence. The federal warrant’s listing does not itself vacate the Colorado state judgment or prove physical release from state prison.
