Biography

The New Leader identifies Tim Morton as an earlier defendant in the same Somerville miners’ bombing prosecution and says that he had received a sentence similar to Harmon Kelly’s. The publication alleged a labor frame-up. It does not provide Morton’s exact individual term, fine, admission or release dates; “similar” is not converted to an identical sentence.
