Biography

Thomas Chism, agent for the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors in Eatonton GA, was convicted April 26, 2000 of knowingly passing a forged document to county authorities. Sentenced to several months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Rob Peecher’s July 22, 2001 Macon Telegraph report says Chism was convicted in April 2000 of giving false statements and writings and was banished from the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit, including Putnam County, for three years. This adds a geographic restriction to the recorded prosecution. It does not establish three years of imprisonment, international exile, or exact physical custody endpoints.
