Biography
Theodore Karnesky was arrested while picketing during the Russellton coal strike. The May 11, 1928 newspaper dates his arrest to the preceding Thursday, indicating May 3, and says an eighteen-dollar fine was actually paid. Neither payment nor the article supplies his precise physical release or complete detention.
