Biography
Terry Lemond Dorsey, 21, was charged in Baton Rouge, LA with co-defendants Kenyatta Huggins and Shamyrin Johnson for the May 31 - June 1, 2020 arsons at four area businesses. He admitted to starting the fires; the motive related to anti-police tensions: he said he was "angry about what was going on and wanted to attack who was attacking us." Sentenced to 18 months federal prison.
