Biography

Tachin, identified only by surname, was one of two Russians the January 1919 Liberator describes as actually serving ten-year sentences in New Jersey after trying to organize a school teaching Russians English. This is attributed contemporary reporting. Ten years is the imposed term, not independently established actual service, and no first name or physical endpoint is supplied.
