Biography
Stephen Robert Sciepes was among six people arrested in a Richmond, California house raid on February21,1976 and booked on federal unauthorized-possession-of-destructive-devices charges. Dragon identifies the raid as part of the investigation following the Marin County arrests and disputes press conflation of New Dawn, the Emiliano Zapata Unit and NWLF.
