Biography

Sinmyah Amera Ceasar pleaded guilty in 2017 to recruiting for ISIS, then admitted obstructing justice and fleeing while on release. She was returned to federal custody after a two-day flight in 2021 and, on April 9, 2025, was resentenced across the three cases to 230 months in prison.
