Biography

Sidney S. Resnick was a New Haven printer prosecuted in the Connecticut Smith Act case. After an earlier indictment was dismissed because the grand jury had been improperly selected, he was re-indicted in March 1955. The jury could not agree on a verdict in his case, and he was not convicted.
