Signed judgment and official custody review October 13, 2026: The signed November 10, 2020 judgment, pages 1, 2 and 8 visually inspected, establishes the sentencing day and USM number 42336-044. It orders later surrender as notified, and the marshal's admission return is uncompleted. The old November 9 incarceration day and its unsupported exact duration are therefore cleared, not replaced with sentencing or arrest. DOJ confirms the sentencing day. BOP's official locator matches the judgment's full name and number, age 47, and records noncustody as of April 4, 2024. Actual admission and any separate immigration custody endpoint remain unresolved.
